  5.  @georgecurly5965  That was stated in Putin's long speed in February, to first demilitarize Ukraine and remove illegal Kiev regime (Elensky) and then give the people opportunity to vote, referenda for Ukraine. The plan is still valid, and there will be referenda whatever the outcome of the war. Putin's plan has not changed. Russia will liberate their slavic brothers in Ukraine from western bullies. Putin does not play games like westerns do, now seen everywhere in "democratic" countries in the west.
