  1. @Pod, not to put too fine a point on, but that is a load of crap. If God, the Creator and Redeemer of the Earth, punished countries for bad behaviour? Why did the Soviet Union exist from 1919-1991? Christians were slaughtered for decades there. Why is China allowed to put human beings in Concentration Camps and use them as slave labor? Why hasn't God punished them? Why did Jesus have to die if God was just going to punish people and nations like you're claiming? Think about that, please. I really encourage you to study the Bible, understand who God is. We all have free will, and the short story is that yes, we will all stand before God at the end our lives. But your claim is not backed up by Scripture at all. Maybe Christians need to do better at the things God asks of us. Love God, love your neighbor as yourself. Again, the short version. You are not judged for anything but what YOU are responsible for . So maybe sit down and have some real time with God. Ask how you can be used. Not to say the United States is being judged. Following your logic, we would be wayyy behind half of the planet if God were in the business of "judging" countries.
