@CooperJeanne His name is BALDONI. It's a bit surprising that you purport to have read three lawsuits that his name would logically feature in heavily, but cannot spell it. 🤷♀️

@CooperJeanne Worse than HARVEY WEINSTEIN?? I'm sorry, your spelling is not the problem in your comment. Brattiness is NOT worse than rape.

@RB-jl2qb Absolutely. That is one of Megyn's great gifts. I heard Emily D. Baker break down - now of course I can't remember the exact terminology - but she explained that there was not even an actual lawsuit from Lively yet, something more like a place holder. I apologize to my Grandfather 🥰 who was a fantastic assistant Attorney General (also a Veteran of World War II and Korea, awarded the Purple heart) for not being more lawyerly. I like Emily so much too, she always reminds us that lawsuits early on are full of rumor and "shade". I think that's why I gave up listening to this one. I deal in facts I have to prove every day. If I cannot properly source it, I don't publish it.

The first episode i didn't watch to the end. It's really hard to care about people in Hollywood who largely hate the guts of most of Megyn's audience. I did really like Billy Bush, his attitude is so smart. Hokding onto anger only hurts the angry person. It does nothing to the person or people who hurt you. Will definitely give his podcast a listen.

@thefashiongoddesschannel8099 No, bullying is not "a threat, a crime". If it were, my entire 8th grade class would be in prison. Bullies usually have their own issues and they can't fix that, so they visit their anger on someone smaller or in some way less able to defend themselves.

@thefashiongoddesschannel8099 Okay, so we can be on the same page, let's define terms. From the Oxford Dictionary: bullying noun /ˈbʊliɪŋ/ the use of strength or power to frighten or hurt weaker people
