@maxctv8223 no problem. it depends on priorities. yes, there are countries that have less crime. if you want the lowest crime rate, go to north korea. but not all of america is the bronx in brooklyn. Your black and white view is quite childish and naive. Best education ...why are the oligarchs kids in elite universities in the west? what do you think? have more from the west gone to Russia in the last 1.5 years or Russians fled abroad? the queues at the borders speak for themselves.... So please learn a little bit and later talk...
