Due to over-aged population, brain-drain, loss in the war...of course Russia is making promotion for heading to Russia and get their citizenship...it becomes serious now, they are de-populating themselves. Yes - because of all these reasons there are more women then men - just statistics. No one with a little bit of common sennse would move to Russia at the moment. No one know how long Putin will stay in power, who is coming next - will it be worse or better, investments impossible due to war and every month new laws, tax increases, price increases, ruble desaster, possible mobilization etc pp Holy shit - Putin ruins the country on the biggest scale the world has ever seen since Germany 80 years ago
