@alh6255 your opinion cannot be proved...therefore it is a fact that all former Warzwaw pact countries developed great deal after fall of the USSR...and this belongs to the opening to the West...member of EU or not. It was a long process and ended in NATO and EU. If they would have kept the strong bond with Russia like eg Belarus did, they would not even be close to the level they are right now. so your argumentation has correct parts, but it is also struggling...the development without the EU would have been a completely different and no one could say exactly where Poland would have been today

And he was busy with building his position, bring his buddies in place, get rich...etc now he got bored after 20 year in absolute power and in his old-man-wet-dreams he thinks he is the new great Csar and Conqueror. He wanted to enter the history books as the guy with the big balls who re-created the Empire. Now he enters the history books, just not the way he wanted to...mass murder, dictator who ruined his country
