It is actually no matter much, since the total budget is very tiny, India claim its GDP surpassed the UK, however, UK with a budget $1 trillion a year. compare to India's $580 billion a year. little more than half of the UK's and even much less than its number 1 enemy or adversarial China which has a budget of $4 trillion each. assume the same percentage of the budget to the infrastructure, China will be 690% of India.

  4. all what you said are all from your dreaming, you do not have any data to support, for example, can you calculate what growth rate is needed for India to have $5 Trillion economy?? or do you even know how to calculate this simple math?? I doubt it . let me tell you, to get $5 trillion, India needs to have over 10% growth for the next 5 yrs, do you think it is possible?? keep dreaming.
