  4. you cannot figure out any secret in PL 15 E, even you have a brand new one, you cannot get any secret from it, let alone pick up a used one on the ground, it needs program to run, it needs to work with data link, it needs AESA radar to work, the duel phase rocket mode and tech for it you can never learn from used one, not even from the new one
