first India should send man into space, only after that then plan for space station we do not even know when can India get manned space program success, second, India needs develop more powerful rocket, currently capacity of the most powerful India space rocket for LEO is 4 tons, therefore for a space station weight 20 tons, India needs to launch 6-7 times just put the all the parts into space, then needs another manned launch to put them together.

@parikshitverma2897 so up to now, today, LEO is still at 4 ton level that is why even planned spaceship the total weight is only 3.7 tons, compare to China's 7.8 tons. however, for China, even with 7.8 tons, first time only carried 1 person, India, in comparison, plan to carry 3 astronauts squeezed into this tiny spaceship to shoot into space.
