  1. India's problem is more fundamental, they are: 1. Hinduism ,there is no science and logic in it, those are the key essential factors for building a modern country. 2. western style "democratic" political system, under this system, not very intelligent people get elected, since in a society most intelligent people is not majority, in a developed country with highly educated population, it could be fine, but in India with huge uneducated and less educated population, they would elect what they like or sound good to them, not a really intelligent one, Such as Mr. Modi, obviously most of his policies are failed, however, he claimed he had the most votes in the world, but if he cannot run a country well (already past 5 yrs), what most vote good for?? also under this system, people judge by western standard, not by reality in India as, Author pointed out, for all regulations that restricted the release the energy for productivity, however, under western style "politically correctness", no one can change those unrealistic rules.

  2.  @732anoop  that was in 1959-1962,not in 70s China had regularly famines in her history due to climate and political reasons and limited arable land. compare to India, India has 25% more arable land than China, however, now China's total grain yield is 3 times of India's average Chinese has 460 kg grain per capita India just has about 200 kg, that is the amount of grain for Chinese in 1960s, at this amount in China famine will happen, but in India, due to the warm weather, people consume less and can survive. in another words, the level of your agriculture is about the same as in 1960s of China. famine in China is a history for the past, \ that is how China far ahead than India in agriculture nowadays, India farmers cannot even afford for soap or tooth paste. go to watch you own media about this。

  3. @omega supreme 1. i do not represent China government, and youtube does not belong to India, therefore I can say anything I want to 2. use what kind tooth paste is up to you, however, for those people who want to use commercial one cannot afford to buy it, that is fact in today's India's rural areas. 3. Hinduisms is the way for current BJP to unite India and as their way or rising India nationalism, however, it is useless for building a modern country, for that you need science and logic, which in none in Hinduism 4. diversity means remain poor? a good and capable government can unite all of them work for a sole purpose, you mean India government is not capable of doing that? 5. if you logic is true, the USA occupied whole north American, India government officially recognize TW, HK and Tibet are all part of China, you should bark at your government, not at me. 6. China's military power has already present in India ocean, read your own news, they have spotted many times that China's submarines in IO. as for China is alone? yes, it does not matter, in 1962, China defeated India, who came to help you? also you should ask if China is afraid of being alone?? tell you something your school failed to teach you, in Korean war, China fought USA lead 16 countries formed UN force, do you know what happened?? just in 3 month time, China PLA pushed USA lead UN force from China border back 500 km to 38 parallel line, and hold there for the rest time of the war and kept there today by NK army, as for military power, it is just another failure for current India government, due to mainly the reasons I said at the beginning.
