  1. there is no logic in this: why all other 14 countries just want to benefit China?? the key problem is India knows their industry and its products has no ability of globe competition, however the protection will not help. as India's own history showed, before 1990, India also had this kind protectionism, it did not only work but also almost ruined India, so India had to open up and reform, only at that time the protection was mainly towards westerns, USA and JP, but now to China.
