  1. China has been always for "cooperation" instead of "confrontation", it was India, especially Modi's anti China policy, as represented by Doklam incident which is Modi directed, and trying to get USA, Australia and JP to counter balance China. On the contrary, China has been very friendly to India, invited India to join BRI (OBOR) for co-development. it is good to see that Modi has changed his mind a little for cooperation and trying to improve relationship with China.
