in history, there are many many sectors in Tibet Buddhism, all claimed true and real and should lead Tibet, Dalai Lama got support from China central government and recognition, that was why Dalai Lama established leadership in Tibet in the first place, without China central government support, nobody would listen to him. it is a tradition, only the one recognized by China central government could be the real Dalai Lama or would be void and would have no authority.

the favorite action for Indians is dreaming, since they cannot do other things, so they keep dreaming, it is fun, it is beautiful, and it is free, ha :)) just enjoy it

He went to Beijing to see Mao in 1950s and agreed 17 points with China Center government, with CIA, he betrayed his promise with a failed uprising in 1959, fled to India, in the rest of time, he changed all time, sometimes wanted Tibet independence, some time not, now he has said Tibet is part of China and not seek for Tibet independence anymore, he is person with no high IQ, as so called spiritual leader in Tibet branch of Buddhism, he contributed nothing at all to Buddhism.
