China, USA Pakistan all absent, but now they are in meeting with Russia, Pakistan, China, USA, hosted by Pakistan discussing Afghanistan issues, and Afghanistan foreign minister went to Pakistan for official visit, obviously, no one really treat India seriously, as famous Indian export from US Fareed Zakaria said, "India does not have a foreign policy and does not have a forward looking policy that is designed to have some control the external environment to shape that environment in way to raise India's interest , India becomes a passive observer of what is happening" , India got nothing under Modi and Jaishankar and Ajit Doval , none of them have any vision
