  3. Quad is only a talk group, for 20 years, it achieved nothing, the real military allies is AUKUS, but whenever the real thing, US would not let India in. it is simply a reality and fact, just keep India as a tool for barking at China, that is it.

Indians never understand, US will never allow India to be a real dominate power in South Asia, but only a trouble maker for making troubles mainly to its real adversary China, the US will always keep India with a balance with Pakistan, since the US has no control over China. If US provides some weapons to India, it will at the same time to upgrade the US weapons to Pakistan, to reduce the threat of India to Pakistan. with this kind strategy, India can only achieve a balance with Pakistan but will lag farther and farther behind of China. Due to China has already obtained a statues matching the US, especially at China's door steps, the US has no ability (as it has shown in Ukraine war) to fight a war with China, especially has no reason to lose American lives just for India, remember, the US is the master, not the door guard for India.
