Indians do not have concept of logic, do not have concept of reasoning, they treat what they wish as fact, they wish Tibet is not China, then for them it becomes fact, even China completely controls Tibet. They wish managing Teesta river would have an edge over China, for them it becomes a fact although it does affect China in at all.
