Congratulations, you are number 1, in failure rate, :)
not only that, the biggest rocket in India GSLV MKIII can only send 4 tons in space, (again they boasted it can send 10 tons, but not in any time it sent more than 4 tons in space) vs China's LM 5 with 25 tons LEO

compare to India, we have 3 astronauts working in our space station, we have 2 moon rovers working on the moon, we have a rover working on mars, we have CE5 collected samples from the moon and returned to earth, .....................need more?? haha :))
PRC founded in 1949, India got independence in 1947, US sanction all high tech to China, blocked China for the space station, when China started space program, we had war with Soviet Union, so the program rocket satellite were 100% made in China, compare to India, no such sanction, only a few year back the Cryogenic rocket engine used for GSVL were directly made in Russia, only later Russia refused to sell it any more so India made in India then it did not work in GSLV -F10 :)
but hey, all you need is a big mouth, haah :) you always win. :))
