  2. anywhere for a group of people, the IQ is a normal distribution, a few smart one, a few foxlish ones, majority is not so smart nor stpd, west style democracy let people to choose one not so smart, not so foxlish, but in a developing third world country with low level education such as in this country, the one got elected will not be very intelligent, such as in India, that is why with 70 years under this so called "democracy", India's GDP is only 1/6.4 of China, but this country is to proud of this system and never really to check the number and facts, still dreaming to be superpower next 10 years, haha :)) how many 70 years do you need to prove ? how many years can you live??
