  3. Five months ago, the Philippines docked a coast guard ship, 9701, at Sabina Shoal in an attempt to assert ownership of the area. China blocked the supply lines to the ship, and eventually, the crew ran out of essentials, from fresh water to vegetables. They had to collect condensed water from the AC and survive on rice with salt and pepper powder every day. A few days ago, they could no longer endure it and fled back to the Philippines. When the ship docked, some of the crew had to be carried off.
