China changed western theater commander, General Wang transferred from Tibet military district commander to become Western Theater Commander, so this only means, he knows both Tibet fronts and Xinjiang fronts to India, basically whole front line to India, very easy for him in war to command the whole war zone toward India,all PLA, ground soldiers, tanks, artillery , airforce, missiles, electronic warfare, etc etc, in the area will be under his command.

Now, China just send PLA to Russia to join Russia military excises.
