  1. the real question should be and more important for India is how India messed up its COvid response, God created this virus, China is the best in the world successfully diagnosed it, identified it reported to the world in the fastest/soonest time China possibly could and controlled it most effectively with total cases only 86000 (compare to India's 9.5 million) with limited number of death ( 4000, compare to India's 136000). blaming China as much as you like it just wont help India in dealing with covid in anyway.
