Chabahar port project is dead one already, since it lost its significance for India already, the purpose of it is not for Iran, but for Afghanistan, India wanted to have it (the port has 10 berths, India promised to provide equipment for 2 of them) , with real purpose of using it to compete with Gwadar port, and use it to get wheat from Afghanistan for India, but with former puppet Afghanistan government defeated, together with $3 billion sent to the former government, this project is dead, since the Taliban is the enemy of India.
