PepsiCo should learn from Novartis, India never protected patents for others. famously not just as a patent thief but as a patent robber. for this country, there is no ethic, no moral standard, the government passes laws to protect robbery on intellectual properties to make money for their greediness, they openly stole other drug companies way of making drugs, ignore other companies invested huge money and time on inventing the drugs. At the same time, they accuse China of copying.
