  1. theoretically it is entirely possible to work that way, China's space ship shenzhou 12 returned back from China space station after 3 months, the landing is at 847 meter from the target , that was with parachute which carried way by wind, for hypersonic missiles that is not a problem also missile with radar and optical sensors for target correction, also for nuclear weapon it is not a problem at all.
