In 1962, Nehru waved his arms, to order IA "kick the Chinese out!" and followed his order, IA marched into China side, the Chinese leader Mao was forced to take military action, since we did not know much about IA, some PLA worried, Mao told them, "take it easy, we may loss, but that is OK, the place is ours, we will take it back anyway". ...........Then one day Nehru stood in the parliament told all the members, "IA lost in all its fronts, there is no effective defend line in front of PLA anymore"

Yes, As she asked, "Whose fault is it?" For the current situation, which began with the 2017 Doklam incident, India did not attempt dialogue first. Without any warning, India directly deployed its army into Doklam, an area that is not even within its jurisdiction, as India itself recognizes it as Bhutanese territory. To complicate matters further, India's involvement in Doklam was, at best, an attempt to assist Bhutan. However, India's military intervention occurred on July 17th, 2017, while Bhutan's delayed protest, likely under pressure from India, only emerged on July 29th. So, you tell me, whose fault is it?
Moving forward to 2020, on June 15th, video footage aired on this channel clearly depicted 600-700 Indian army personnel initiating an attack on the Chinese side. This action ultimately failed, adding to a pattern of failures. So, you tell me, whose fault is it?
