it is a common principle in the western law system: Presumption of innocence. India is a country likes western culture and political system and law system very much, however, when they talked about origin of the virus, they have Presumption of guilty, first they have all determined China is guilty, therefore, if WHO or whatever UN organization cannot prove China is guilty then WHO or any others agree with it must be guilty. but, however, the pity is, India cannot do anything about, go cry.

China is the first country identified the virus, does not mean China is the first country got the virus. many countries may have had it already and traveled all over the world, since they did not know what it was, they thought they had common flu or cold. China contributed to the world, let people know a new virus found. China sent whole genome sequencing data to WHO on Jan 11 2020, India did not have any, 0 (may have been in India already since , as same as all other countries, you guys did not know if you had it or not since no detection measure at the time), not until March 20ths. India was happy about it, thought was just for China and happy Chinese people were suffering. you wasted whole 2 months, did not prepare for anything, at least for India, start of the virus was not from China but from Italian tourists and from west Asia, now evidence has shown the patients with the virus showed up in September in 2019 in many places in Europe already, Indian's virus strain is mainly European strain, not the same from Wuhan according to your logic, any country identify the virus then must be guilty. so in future, no country will report to the world any new virus or other disease, just let it go since nobody will know what it is , until the first country identify it, then that country must be guilty.
