  1. the fact is, all the successful moon landers from USSR, USA and China are stalled a single throttle and thrust adjustable engine, India does not follow the successful design of other countries but created Chandrayaan with multiple engines, with 2 had 5 engines and already crashed, and 3 years passed, they still keep using this design. only difference is they took out 1 but keep 4 engines. more engines means more parts may get wrong, any tiny in-balance of the thrust will make it lose control
