  2. it is just a proposal made by India on the 8th round of talks (a sign of weakness), PLA never accepted it. On the contrary, China expected this request from India, it is PLA's plan to drag Indian army into winter in Lakakh, that will put huge amount of pressure to India side of supplies with a huge cost as great burden to India army and India's economy, all goes well as PLA planned, so why withdraw?? instead, we can make new moves in deep winter, have a wonderful Diwali with real fireworks.
