  1. simple calculation, China's budget $225 billion, vs India, $71 billion, China has about $100 billion more each year for the past 10 years, so that is $1000 billion more. that is not all, China makes almost all of her weapons in China, India import with the cost 5-7 times more, China has now hypersonic missile, attacking drones, and stealthy fighter, India has none of them.

India is in great danger while at the same time Indians do not realize it but still dreaming superpower 2020, practice of stealthy fighter to non-stealthy showed 1 to 100 ratio favor for stealthy, so 1 J20 can beat all 36 Rafale in a battle in theory, cost of J20 is $120 million each, cost for Rafale is $250 million each, even 1 J20 shoot down just 10 Rafale, that is 0 to $2.5 billion lost in India side, to this India has no effective counter measures but just with wishful thinking that J20 is not stealthy without any evidence.
