  3. you need really to learn before you report, 75 project is not for nuclear subs, it is for conventional, you cannot buy nuclear subs, that is very simple, even the US would not sell it to Australia, that is why they have AUKUS for help Australia to build nuke sub, but kicked India out. Secondly, as for your Arihant, the only tiny nuc sub you have, it can only fit k15 missile, with range of 750 km, so it may fall back to its own head, your 3000 km K4 cannot fit into it, your planned nuc subs all with the same diameter, therefore, all cannot fit K4, and therefore all totally useless.
