  1. we do not block it, we just do not pay any attention to it, that movie is for US, not for China although director is a Chinese. Her step mother is a very well known comedian actress, Song Dandan, US movie is getting more boring each year.

Later, people learned of her previous interview in which she made inappropriate remarks on China. Opinions about her changed.  This is understandable. China and the US are now in a tense relationship. This is making the two societies sensitive as well. If a famous American lashes out at the US while in China, the American public would not feel happy either. In other words, worsening bilateral ties are squeezing the room for cultural exchanges between peoples from the two countries. People who are trying to explore opportunities in this field will encounter troubles and disturbances unseen in the past. They will find it hard to please both sides. If we just talk about , we feel that the film is typically American and far from the real life of the Chinese people. To be honest, ordinary Chinese people can hardly commiserate with it. If the film is shown in China, its box-office returns are expected to be dim. Of course, winning the Oscar awards means it has touched American society. The interest in films from the Chinese and American public sometimes overlaps. Sometimes it differs.  reflects the second circumstance.

  15.  @dreamtaylorsversion5525  exactly, that explains why you are so backwards compare to China. the reason is, for any group of people or a society, the intelligence level is a normal distribution, very few are very smart, very few are very foolish, "democracy" choose only not so smart and not so foolish, but in China, we use traditional select the the best from the best by the best. let most intelligent people run the country for the majority people of the country, by the people (most intelligent) for the people (majority people of the country). India goes with most primitive ancient Greek style democracy, they do not know it did not work for ancient Greeks.
