  3. very typical in India is all and anyone can pointed out problem (endless) to show how much they concern about them, however none (not a single one) can provide any realistic solution to any of them, for them once they said about the problems, then they are all done for them, then in sometime in future, they will show off again as how much they concern the same problem only getting worse, the cycles goes on and on

  6. all the measures for cutting emission cost money, who will bear it? farmers have no money to pay it, government needs to put money into it not just depend farmers who are already very poor,
