  1. for the past 20 years, India's input into R&D is 0.6-0.7% of India's GDP, compare to 2.1% of GDP into R&D in China, take consideration of China's GDP is 5 times of India, the real difference is 2.1/0.65X5=16.15, China input 16.15 times more money into R&D, then for 20 years, that is 325 times more money into R&D. and this will not change anytime soon.
