  1. let me help you guys to understand it, for this year, the growth rate need to consider last years, For China (even with 7.8%, just assume it is true,) last year was 2.3% so 2 year average is (2.3+7.8)/2=5.05(%) India, last year -7.7% this year IMF prediction 9.5%, so 2 year average for India, (-7.7+9.5)/2=0.9 (%) Happy now??
