Both US and Indian governments endorse Taiwan is a part of China. whether a part of a country can get independence or not, is determined by the whole country, not by a local place, or by local people. Taiwan is just a part of China, even 100% of Taiwanese want independence, they are still the tiny part of the whole China, just as whole south of US wanted independence from US, but Lincoln just led US army to defeated the south and kept US as a whole. is anyone of you against Lincoln??
