  1. because it is not yours, it has basically nothing to do with India, McMahon line was drawn by the colonial master British, not recognized by China central government, Indian government officially recognize Tibet is a part of China, "Arunachal Pradesh" is part of Tibet, therefore it is a part of China. Even the British only proposed McMahon line, never really implemented it. never send army to Arunachal Pradesh to control it, it was only in Feb 1951, India sent army to occupy Tawang, and forced local Tibetan government out.
