  1. Both the US and India recognize Tibet is a part of the PR China, Dalai Lama himself has said, he is not seeking for independence. Therefore, Tibet issue is an internal affair of China. For over 60 years, nothing worked from the US or India's efforts over Tibet, did not achieve anything, but if they want to try more tricks, it is ok, nothing will work anyway, it is the same for TW.

Young Tibetans nowadays are totally different as those their parents or grand parents under Dalai Lama's rule, the new generations of Tibetans, just like in all other parts of China, they enjoy modern life, religion is less and less important in their lives, they enjoy fashion, new music, get higher education in modern science in Tibet or other big cities in China, they enjoy much much higher (4 times or more) living standards then average Indians, they look for buying car, they enjoy travel even in Tibet with High Speed Rail even the whole India does not have, so save your effort to worry Tibet, better just worry your own globe hunger index 111 first.
