Why need Quad for climate change? just absurd, why need quad for vaccine?? India cannot meets the needs of its own use and US refuse to even provide a single dose of vaccine to India but giving to UN. Maritime security?? Show me a single case China blocked any country's free navigation in SCS?? How they interacted?
