  2. it was this kind wishful thinking and speculation caused the current second surge at first place, as January 28th Modi claimed victory of fighting covid to the world. this will not end until the whole nation get fully vaccinated, which may well last a year from now, do not depend on your government, or even listen to them, get you vaccinated as early as possible, get yourself fully protected, stay at home as much as possible, do not go out (only absolutely necessary) wear mask, wash hands, do not attend any public gathering. you have only one life, no use to blame anyone else if you lose it.
