Under Jaishankar, the basics of India's foreign policy is to put itself into US and western arms against China. The results are, 1. India getting more isolated in the region day by day, all other South Asian countries are closer to China. 2. Pissed off old friend of Russia, make Russia closer to China and showed more help to Pakistan. 3. This kind self devoted attitude to US made US very happy, since it got free (literately free since US did not, has not provided any real help to India except empty mouth work) tool for US's policy. with the trend, in the north, India as usual get threats from Pakistan, now with Taliban also, to the east is China, with more military build up along LAC, to the south with China has Sri Lanka 99 yr lease port, to the west with Gawdar port with China's warship and submarines, India is totally surrounded.
