Xi put his efforts to Chinese people, domestically, he lifted 850 million poor farmers above poverty line, and internationally, he proposed BRI and greatly extended China's economic power all over, with now over 164 countries involved in BRI, and in he solidly established strong control over the SCS despite US and India's cry, haha :)) compare to Xi, Modi got nothing real for India but empty promises which he never fulfilled any.

When Xi Jinping travel , he only with a rented air plane from Air China, Xi saved all the money for poor farmers, for himself was one among them as leader in a poor village, Xi loves ordinary with low income Chinese farmers, once he took the power the first priority of him was to lift 850 million low income farmers above poverty line, that is what communist party means. compare to Modi who only works for the interest of Ambanis and Adanis. for Xi, he is absolutely a true "People's Leader".
