While this incident could have gone unnoticed, the US 7th Fleet published an open letter asserting that the US does not recognize any EEZ and completely disregards any self-claimed EEZs, allowing its warships unrestricted navigation.

China never claim the whole SCS is China's. 9 dashed line does not mean it is border line for SCS, or it would be solid line, go to learn before you open your mouth.

  11. filipinos, The truth is, China does not interfere your claim of EEZ, however, you should know, the law said, EEZ does not automatically include the islands inside EEZ, that is 2 different thing, and EEZ is not a country's territorial water, other country's ships can navigate inside freely.
