  4. unlike lock down in India, every family in Wuhan has AC, has wifi, has TV, can play games, with wechat , with ticktocks, with rest room in each house (unlike in India again), with food, vegetable, fruits, drinks, ......delivered to the door, ..... for those work at home, it is no difference.
