  4. US in the long run is hurting itself, they cut off the biggest customer of their chips, with about $300 billion a year much more than the value China import oil. At the same time, force China to make chip in China, 28 nm 7 nm 5 nm........only take some time China will get there, also US only can block US tech, not other countries tech, so other countries are working with China to make chip not using US tech, not they love China, but they can make money in the process.
