They have extended these lines to incorporate a large part of Chinese territory into India and Bhutan. As a result, if you check Google Maps, it appears as though China occupies a larger portion of India and Bhutan’s territory. Consequently, Indians have criticized Modi for failing to defend India, leading Modi to publicly stated that not an inch of Indian territory has been occupied by China. The same applies to Bhutan. The Indian mapmakers have included the entire Doklam area within Bhutan’s borders. Therefore, those villages that are now shown in Doklam are actually situated within China’s territory.
