If you buy a 1000 sqft apartment in New Delhi with $50,000, but you earn $20,000 a year, that means you will have a debt of 250% debt to income ratio, is it a debt trap to you?? since you can get loan for 20 years, that makes you pay only $2500 a year , or $208 a month (plus some interests) , even if you paid 0 in down payment. so please save your debt trap BS. I guess most of you here only live in slums, never know how and what it means to buy an apartment :))

  8. according to Statista report. for total debt to GDP ratio in 2022 US,, 125 % China, 77.84% India, 86.9% Laos 95.68% Japan, 262.54% Laos is nowhere near US or Japan in debt to GDP, US and Japan fall into whose debt trap? India is not much better than Laos either.

  13. China debt trap was a term created by Indians, it is totally BS, it undermines those borrowed money from China, to think they are dumbbb, and praise China to be tooooo smart to those countries. This China debt trap BS only can fool those fools which know nothing about economy, haha :)) India blamed Sri Lanka in China debt trap, but SL expressed wishes to let China help them to recover. haha :) a slap on India's face.
