  15. it is easy to say thing than to make things 1. you need whole industry with high level, you do not, for example you need a special alloy for tanks or jet engine, where you can get it? you cannot just make it for weapons that will be too expensive, you do not have that kind industry 2. you need expertees, , all your students do not go back to India for this 3. you need testing facilities, you do not 4. you need money, huge amount, since you need many times of testing, you are very poor , you do not have money for that. most basic reason is you are a poor third world developing country, so make peace with all your neighbors stop trying to be an BS super power,only focus on economy development to raise the living standard of your people is the only way. but hey, it is your money, waste as much as you like

  16. the most basic thing for making in India is doing research , however, BJP government for all these years, the investment into R&D is 0.6%,, compare to South Korea, US and China all above 2.2 %, considering China GDP is 6 times of India, so total money into R&D is 2.2/0.6*6=22 times, who controlling R&D budget in India? you tell me.
