  1. by logic, China should thank Modi the most. 1.US led sanctions to Russia made the oil price world wide all rise up including in US, so the Russia oil price rise too but relatively cheaper than other parts, so the end result is Russia can sell less amount of oil but make more money, ....... 2. Assume US did not sanction on Russia, so world price of oil remain as before, India still import from Iraq (more expensive now than from Russia) so Russia would be sell less oil and therefore make less money, and ordinary Americans do not need to pay so much on gas now so US will have less inflation, so Biden would not ask for stopping taking tax from gas so that is less money for US government,. 3. with the sanction on Russia, US and west pushed Russia getting even more closer to China, due to the sanction , so Russia needs import more goods from China, including all those for everyday life to military and industrial, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but US's major threat is China, but in reality, US is helping China 4. Seems in US government there is no one really think the whole thing through (this is India style, seems Modi is really a good teacher to Biden), and whole EU still blindly listen to US, and therefore listened to Modi, but end result is benefit to China, so we should thank Modi, :)) thank you (just no milk for me, I mean in my tea)
