  1. China got Su 35 with $80 million each, India got Rafale with $250 million each, but Su 35 can match Rafale at least 1:1 with only 1/3 cost. So why India wanted Rafale not Su-35? the reason is IAF high rank officers can get more kicks from more expensive jet deal, that is the way how IAF work for all these years.
