  10. Turn back to Russia will not help in the most basic foreign policy of India, that is anti and countering China. India get to US not because India loves US so much, but wants to use US to counter balance China and get US help and protection when needed. by getting close to Russia will not help the India's basic policy of counter China since Russia needs China more than it needs India. Now US does not trust India, Russia does not either since Modi showed clearly he want to be in US led 'democracy countries" So there is just no way out for India, it is like a fly without head , does not know where to go, always hit wall in every direction.
